Chickpea Brownies (Gluten Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free, Flourless). Join me in making chickpea brownies, which contain no flour, are high in protein, are moist and are oh-so yummy! Recipe below:
1 - 398mL/14oz can chickpeas (drain aquafaba and keep for another recipe)
2 flax eggs (2 TBLS ground flax seeds mixed with 6 TBLS water)
1/3 cup organic cocoa powder
2/3 cup organic cane sugar
3 TBLS coconut milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line or grease a 9x9 baking pan.
Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Evenly spread batter into baking pan. Bake for 35-40 mins or until a toothpick inserted come out cleans.
