100g Self Raising Flour 100ml Sparkling Water Salt Chocolate Bars
Add flour, water and a pinch of salt to a bowl and whisk together to create your batter. Dip the chocolate bars into the batter. Deep fry the chocolate bars in a chip pan or deep fat fryer, on a medium heat. Cook until the batter is golden brown. Serve with two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
